A big part of any of your basketball training should be drills for individual basketball skills and these should be done in your own time. You will do some drills in practice with your team, but if you want to become a great player and set yourself apart from the rest you have to put the additional work in.
Make sure to include a bit of every type of basketball drill in your training, but really focus on your weakness.
For example, if you are a poor ball handler, then a major part your basketball drills should be dribbling drills and ball handling drills
Also another major factor to consider is nutrition so make sure you are eating healthily and properly as in no continuous snacking and if you snack eat fruit nuts and the like instead of ‘junk’ and foods with a high calorific value.
